Early Registration rates end July 1, 2021. Note: All deadlines are at 11:59 PM Dateline Time on the stated date.

Each paper is required to be registered under Author Registration (FULL registration fee, discounts not available), whether or not the author is a student. Student registration fees do not ensure paper publication.

Important Author Information

  1. At least one author per accepted paper must be registered as an AUTHOR at the full registration rate, regardless of whether or not they are students on or before the specified deadline (AoE Timezone), and the accepted Paper ID(s) must be provided in the registration form. An Author registration includes the submission of up to six (6) pages excluding 1-page reference for regular/special session/workshop paper, and four (4) pages excluding 1-page reference for demo paper.

  2. Reduced (student and life member) rates are not available for publishing authors.

  3. At least one author must register and attend the conference to present the paper. Papers of authors who fail to attend and present their papers will immediately be removed from further consideration for inclusion in the proceedings and the planned journal special issues.

  4. You may purchase up to two (2) additional pages for a regular/special session/workshop paper at a cost of US$150 per page.

  6. Registration fees for conference as well as workshops include the access to entire conference and social events.

The author registration deadline is April 9, 2021.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Author Registration:

At least one author of an accepted paper must register at a non-student and non-life-member rate per paper in order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings. If complete payment is not received by the author registration deadline, the paper will be pulled out from the publications in MIPR 2021. The author registrations are Non-Refundable.
